Trash Pickup Schedule

The Association has a contract with Waste Management for trash and recycling pickup. Trash is picked up every week, normally on Friday. Recycling is picked up every other week, always on the same day as the trash pickup that week. Waste Management observes six holidays each year. They are New Year's day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. If one of these holidays falls during the week on or before Friday, trash will be picked up that week on Saturday.

The table below gives the dates in the year of 2010 for pick up of both trash and recycling. Days of trash-only pickup are printed in blue, while the days of pickup of both trash and recycling are printed in red. For a list of items that may be recycled look at the paragraph below the table.
