To use the pool, homeowners must have a Pool Agreement on file with the association, as well as a current Pool Registration Card. The Pool Agreement needs to be filed only once, however, the Pool Registration card expires and must be renewed upon expiration.
Pool Use and Hours:
- The pool opens for the season on Memorial Day weekend and closes for the season on Labor Day. During the season, it is open daily from 9:30 AM until 8:00 PM.
- From 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM daily the pool is reserved for for adults only.
- From 4:00 PM to 4:30 PM daily the pool is reserved for adults only.
- All other time between 9:30 AM and 8:00 PM the pool is open to all eligible KVTA pool users.
- When the weather forecast is for cool weather The pool staff makes a decision whether to open the pool that day.
Please do not enter the pool area when the pool is closed. It is very dangerous to enter the pool then because the pool is covered to preserve heat at night and no attendant is present. In addition, it causes additional work for the pool attendants the next day; and doing so could result in loss of pool privileges for the whole family of the individual trespassers.

If you are new to the village, have no passes, need a key, or have some other complication, come to the pool and see the Pool attendant.
If you are a renter, you must have a letter of authorization from the owner to use the pool. Submit the letter at registration.
