BOARD OF DIRECTORS’ ANNUAL MEETING
THE KNOLLS VILLAGE TOWNHOUSE ASSOCIATION

The annual meeting of the Knolls Village Townhouse Association was held on Tuesday, October 14, 2009 at the association clubhouse at 7:30 PM. Present were directors Dick Campbell, Barbara Stokes, Josh Lunde, Doug Hall, and Rick Olson; and Manager Warren Deutsch. Joan Rowe was present to record the proceedings. Twelve homeowners were also present at the meeting.

The purpose of the meeting was to elect two directors to replace Barbara Stokes and Rick Olson and to present the 2010 budget to the homeowners.

Opening remarks were made by Dick Campbell. The 2010 budget was presented to the homeowners. Don Rothschild made a motion to approve the 2010 budget as presented. The motion was seconded by Martin Jepkes and was passed.

There were two candidates for the open positions on the Board: Barbara Stokes and Martin Jepkes. No nominations were made from the floor. Since there were two candidates and two positions, the slate of candidates was elected by acclamation.

Issues discussed by the homeowners were regarding the recycling trucks and safe investments.

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
