Welcome to our Web site. We are located at "Village at the Knolls". Our village is a quiet and clean community of townhouses nestled amongst trees and lawns, spread across the gently rolling knolls of the south suburban Denver metro area.  Our residents enjoy amenities such as a beautiful pool, tennis courts, and clubhouse.  

The main entrance of Village at the Knolls  is located on the east side of University Blvd. between East Arapahoe Road and East Dry Creek Road. We are bordered on the east side by a beautiful green belt that meanders along both sides of Big Dry Creek and Big Dry Creek Trail and which is maintained by the South Suburban Parks and Recreation District. Big Dry Creek trail connects to Cherry Knolls Park, DeKoevend Park, and the near-by Highline Canal and trail system on the north and the South Suburban Golf Course on the south.

 We are within walking distance to Arapahoe High School, the South Suburban Recreation center, the old South Glen Mall (now being converted into The Streets of South Glen), three supermarkets, numerous restaurants, and mass transit.   By car we are only minutes from the Denver Tech Center, old-town Littleton and the light rail stations.
