Homeowners' Annual Meeting
The Homeowners' Annual Meeting is held on the second Tuesday of October at 7:30 PM. Click here for the Agenda The date and time of this meeting is set by the by-laws.
Homeowners' Quarterly Meetings
Homeowners' Quarterly Meetings are held on the first Tuesday of January, April, and July as a part of the Board of Directors Meeting. The Homeowners Meeting part of the Meeting begins at 7:30 PM after the Board has completed its routine administrative tasks. Click here for the agenda. Meetings are held in the Clubhouse at 2701 East Geddes Place.
The Knolls Village Board of Directors Meetings
The KVTA Board of Directors meets on the first Tuesday of each month. The meetings are held at 6:30 pm in the Club House, 2701 E. Geddes Place. The meetings in January, April and July are combined with the Quarterly Homeowners' Meetings.
Homeowners are welcome to attend any Board of Directors' Meeting and listen, but in the interest of time, may make comments only as provided in the meeting's agenda. Click here for the agenda.
