Homeowners' Quarterly Meetings
Homeowners' Quarterly Meetings are held on the first Tuesday of January, April, and July. The Annual Meeting is held on the Second Tuesday in October. The meetings are held immediately following a brief KVTA Board meeting at 7:30 pm in the Club House, 2701 E. Geddes Place.
The Knolls Village Board of Directors Meetings
The KVTA Board of Directors meets on the first Tuesday of February, March, May, June, August, September, November, and December. The meetings are held at 7:00 pm in the Club House, 2701 E. Geddes Place.
Homeowners are welcome to audit (attend and listen) but in the interest of time, may make comments only as provided in the meeting's agenda.
KVTA Amendment Meeting
This meeting is to allow residents and owners in the KVTA to get their questions answered regarding the pending amendments.
