This committee enforces the rules and covenants that relate to the appearance of all our buildings

All proposed alterations or additions to the exterior of a townhouse (including garage and patio areas) must be submitted in advance to the Architectural Control Committee. This requirement is specified in Article 8, sections 1-6 in the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions. Failure to comply with this requirement could result in removal of the addition or alteration. "Alterations or additions to the exterior" encompass patio covers, awnings, storm windows, and doors, painting, exterior antennas and lighting, fencing, etc.

Upon submission of proposed alterations or additions to the Architectural Control Committee, the homeowner will receive a response to his request within thirty days, and in most cases, within a two-week period. Address requests for approval of exterior addition or alterations to:
