A motion was made by Barbara Stokes and seconded by Martin Jepkes to transfer money from the painting fund to the reserve fund to repay a loan to the paint fund. The motion was passed.
Joe Johnston made a motion to contract with LaFarge North America for asphalt and concrete work for up to $60,000.00, including replacement of two asphalt driveways and some concrete projects. The motion was seconded by Martin Jepkes and was passed.
A motion was made by Martin Jepkes and seconded by Joe Johnston to
reimburse a homeowner the requested amount for damages in the basement
from a waterline. The motion was passed.
