A motion was made by Dick Campbell and seconded by Barbara Stokes to contract with Metro Pavers for the asphalt and concrete projects for 2009 for an amount not to exceed $72,000.00. The motion was passed.

Barbara Stokes made a motion to have two driveway entrances selected to be re-landscaped for water conservation for an amount not to exceed $1,000.00. The Board will look at the areas and determine if any remaining areas should be re-landscaped. The motion was seconded by Dick Campbell and was passed.
