A motion was made by Barb Stokes that the candidate for the Littleton School Board be
allowed to come to the coffee to meet and greet the homeowners. It was seconded by
Don Rothschild. The motion was not passed.

Barb Arnold made a motion to have the Christmas party at the clubhouse on December
8, 2007, it was seconded by Cheryl Scher and passed.

A motion to accept the budget for 2008 was made by Don Rothschild, seconded by Barb
Stokes and carried.

A motion for an additional $7241.60 for asphalt work was made by Don Rothschild,
seconded by Rick Olson and passed.
