RECORD OF PROCEEDINGS
BOARD OF DIRECTORS’ ANNUAL MEETING
THE KNOLLS VILLAGE TOWNHOUSE ASSOCIATION
The annual meeting of the Knolls Village Townhouse Association was held
on Tuesday, October 11, 2011 at the association
clubhouse at 7:30 PM. Present were directors Dick Campbell, Josh Lunde,
Martin Jepkes, Joe Johnston, Peggy Donegan and Chris Foster; Committee
Chair Barbara Arnold; and Manager Warren Deutsch. Joan Rowe was present
to record the proceedings. Eight homeowners were also present at the
meeting.
The purpose of the meeting was to elect three directors to replace Dick Campbell, Josh Lunde and Joe Johnston and to present the 2012 budget to the homeowners.
The Board was introduced by Dick Campbell. The 2012 budget was
presented by to the
homeowners.
Martin Jepkes made a motion to approve the 2012 budget as
presented. Chris Foster
seconded the motion and it was passed.
The three Board members whose terms are up stated that they would
serve another three year
term and as there were no nominations from the floor. Since there were
three candidates and three positions, the slate of candidates was
elected by acclamation.
There being no further business, the homeowners portion of the
meeting was adjourned.
BOARD MEETING
An election of officers was held. A motion was made by Peggy Donegan and
seconded by Martin Jepkes to retain Dick Campbell as president. A motion
was made by Dick Campbell and seconded by Chris Foster to retain Barbara
Stokes as vice-president. A motion was made by Josh Lunde and seconded
by Peggy Donegan to elect Joe Johnston as treasurer. A motion was made
by Dick Campbell and seconded by Martin Jepkes to retain Peggy Donegan
as secretary. All motions were passed.
