BOARD OF DIRECTORS’ ANNUAL MEETING
THE KNOLLS VILLAGE TOWNHOUSE ASSOCIATION

The annual meeting of the Knolls Village Townhouse Association was held on Tuesday,
October 12, 2010 at the association clubhouse at 7:30 PM. Present were directors Dick
Campbell, Barbara Stokes, Josh Lunde, Loren Rohl and Martin Jepkes; and Manager
Warren Deutsch. Joan Rowe was present to record the proceedings. Seventeen
homeowners were also present at the meeting.

The purpose of the meeting was to elect two directors to replace Loren Rohl and Doug
Hall and to present the 2011 budget to the homeowners.

Opening remarks were made by Dick Campbell. The 2011 budget was presented by
Loren Rohl to the homeowners.

There were two candidates for the open positions on the Board: Peggy Donegan
and Chris Foster. No nominations were made from the floor. Since there were two
candidates and two positions, the slate of candidates was elected by acclamation.

Loren Rohl was thanked for his years of service on the Board.

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
