BOARD OF DIRECTORS’ ANNUAL MEETING
THE KNOLLS VILLAGE TOWNHOUSE ASSOCIATION

The annual meeting of the Knolls Village Townhouse Association was held on Tuesday, October 14, 2007 at the association clubhouse at 7:30 PM. Present were directors Loren Rohl, Barbara Stokes, Cheryl Scher, Don Rothschild, Dick Campbell and Richard Olson; and Manager Warren Deutsch. Joan Rowe was present to record the proceedings. Approximately 18 homeowners were also present at the meeting.

The purpose of the meeting was to elect three directors to replace Dick Campbell, Cheryl Scher and Don Rothschild and to present the 2009 budget to the homeowners.

Opening remarks were made by President Loren Rohl. Loren reviewed the current year projects, including some projects that were not budgeted (painting the University fence, new carpet and painting of the interior of the clubhouse and replacing a retaining wall on South Knolls Way).

The 2009 budget, approved by the Board at the October 7th meeting, was presented to the homeowners.

Homeowners present at the meeting suggested that the Board consider replacing some of the grassy areas and replace them with xeriscaping.

There were three candidates for the open positions on the Board: Dick Campbell, Joe Johnston and Josh Lunde. No nominations were made from the floor. Since there were three candidates and three positions, the slate of candidates was elected by acclamation.

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
