The Knolls Village Townhouse Association Welcomes You to its web site. We are the Home Owners Association for homeowners and residents of Village at the Knolls. We are a friendly community of townhouse dwellers that enjoy the beauty of 43 acres of landscaped trees and lawns all nestled between Arapahoe and Dry Creek Avenues, bounded by University Boulevard on the west and a green belt maintained by South Suburban Parks and Recreation on the east. We are a covenant-controlled community, managed by volunteer homeowners, that offers low Homeowner Association fees and provides many amenities to our residents such as water, painting, a beautiful pool, tennis courts, a clubhouse, grounds-keeping, trash pickup, and snow removal from driveways and our concrete walkways.

This web site provides abundant information about us that is valuable to both current and potential members of our friendly townhouse community, such as our governing rules and policies,  a description of some of our community resources a calendar of our activities, a list of  our Board Members, a list of our committees a quick Guide for Homeowners, information on our schools,  an aerial photo of our location,  directions of how to contact us, a photo of our entrance, and more.
